Return & Exchange Policy
- If for any reason you are unhappy with your products and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange as long as they are still in stock.
- Swimwear items must be unwashed, unworn, and still in perfect condition with no signs of wear. Please be certain to try on all swimwear with undergarments and keep the hygiene stickers in place. Lastly, ensure that the tags are in place and return any items in their original packaging.
- All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. AQUABUTTERFLY is not responsible for covering return shipping costs.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, then the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
- Please note all sale items discounted at 60% off or more are final sale.
- Items described as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Please ship returns with tracking; we are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers.
- Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!
- Returns are processed within 3 days of receipt and you will email you when we process your return!
Contact Customer Service by email at [email protected] with order information and a brief description of your return. We will send you a printable slip with more instructions. It contains our return address and basic information about your returned order. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.
How soon will I receive the refund after returning?
You will receive your refund within 7-14 working days from the day we received the returned item.
