Cyprus Shipping
Cyprus orders are delivered via a local courier.Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days from the day we receive your order. You will receive your order within 1-2 working days from the shipping day.
International Shipping
We offer express worldwide shipping and all international orders are shipped via AirMail shipping. All orders shipped are fully insured against theft and/or accidental damage.
- Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days from the day we receive your order. Standard air mail shipping takes about 10-29 business days
- For delivering successfully, we suggest you leaving your correct email address and mobile number during checkout process. Unsuccessful delivery caused by blank mobile column, wrong delivery address or no reply to pickup notification sent by our customer service specialist cannot be compensated.
- PO Boxes are not accepted. Your address should be detailed including apartment or unit number.
- Receiving time can take longer than expected date due to Invalid address, Customs clearance procedures or other causes.
- Nondelivery caused by and other personal reasons will not be taken by aquabutterfly.
Tax & Customs
Our items are shipping duty unpaid and therefore import tax may occur depending on your country’s Customs and shipping method. Please contact your local Customs Office for further information before placing your order.
Payment

Aquabutterfly.cy will send you an email confirming your purchase and PayPal will email you a receipt for the transaction once your payment is complete. The order will be shipped to your PayPal address, so please check it is correct, and then click Submit. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can open one during the checkout process. Refunds are issued to the PayPal account used for the payment of the order.
